Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions govern the rental of tourist apartments managed by Bait Carosello, located at Via Saroch 1218/A 23041 Livigno (SO).

By making a reservation, the guest accepts these terms and conditions in full.

The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from Bait Carosello.

Prices shown on the website are per night and may vary depending on the season and length of stay.

Prices include:

• Accommodation in the reserved apartment
• Bed linens and towels
• Final cleaning
• Wi-Fi connection
• Utilities (electricity, heating, water)

Payment terms:

• Deposit at booking confirmation
• Balance due upon arrival

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Check-out: by 9:30 AM

Different times must be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to availability.

Key handover will be arranged directly with the property manager.

The minimum stay may vary depending on the season:

• High season (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, August): 7 nights
• Medium season: 3-4 nights
• Low season: 2 nights

The guest agrees to:

• Use the apartment with care and diligence
• Not exceed the maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation
• Dogs are accepted with an additional supplement
• Immediately report any damage or malfunction
• Not engage in activities that disturb other guests or neighbors

Bait Carosello is not liable for:

• Theft or damage to guests' property
• Temporary interruption of services (electricity, water, internet) due to force majeure
• Damage caused by improper use of facilities

Guests are required to pay the tourist tax as established by the Municipality of Livigno. The tax is to be paid directly upon arrival and is not included in the prices shown.

Current rate: €1.50 per person per day, for a maximum of 7 days.

Exemptions: Children under 16 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
